About Us

Joe Wantland and Scott Wantland are both proud graduates of the University of Louisville.  Both are licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.  Scott is also licensed federally in Southern Indiana and Northern Illinois (Chicago).  Together, they have thirty five years of legal experience.

Both have experience representing working families all across the Bullitt/Jefferson/Hardin/Nelson/Spencer area.  In addition to individuals, they represent several local governments, banks, and businesses (large and small).  However, both still make time to accept appointments to represent infants and abused and neglected children.  They regularly appear in Circuit, Family, and District Courts, Kentucky Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, Bankruptcy Courts, Federal Court, Planning and Zoning hearings, Fiscal Court, and City Council meetings*.  Both practice jury trials on a regular basis.  Their practice experience is broad and thorough.

No matter what your needs, chances are, they’ll be glad to help.
